Q: Where do you deliver?

A:

Currently, we are delivering to the following zip codes: 37128, 37129, 37127, 37130, 37037, 37153, and 37167.

Q: Which days do you deliver?

A:

We deliver Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Q: How fast do you deliver?

A:

All orders processed before 8AM will be delivered that same day. Any orders received after the 8AM cutoff will be delivered the next delivery day. If any items are out of stock, our staff will reach out to you to confirm whether you prefer a partial delivery.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A:

- Orders under the minimum: A flat fee of $5 applies for any deliveries under $50 (before taxes).

- All orders over $50: Free!

Q: Can I add to an existing order?

A:

Yes, place the additional order before the 8AM cutoff for your delivery day. Choose the "pickup" option at checkout, and in the notes section, mention that it's an addition to an existing order, including the previous order number. We will merge the orders accordingly.

Q: How will I know if my order has been delivered?

A:

Our delivery app sends an estimated delivery window when the driver departs. After delivery, you'll receive a text message and an email with a photo confirmation. Please provide a cell phone number when ordering, as we cannot text landlines. To avoid disturbances, our drivers do not ring doorbells. If you receive a delivery notification but cannot locate your package, contact us immediately at 615-893-5125 or email online@keltonsinc.com.

Q: Who is responsible if my delivery gets stolen?

A:

Once we alert you that your package has been delivered to the correct house, the delivery becomes your responsibility to bring to safe keeping. Not home? Call a neighbor. Our policy is to deliver regardless of whether the purchaser is at home or not.

Q: If I order online, will you honor the Astro Frequent Buyer Rewards?

A:

You sure can. We consider all online orders to be just as important as in-store. Just remember to attach your Astro account by clicking on the bottom red tab. Once your account is connected, you will be able to track all Astro purchases (both online and in-store). When you reach the FREE ITEM on your frequent buyer card (which you can see online), simply follow instructions here! For other Astro monthly offers, follow this link here .


Q: What about any other items in the store? Is the delivery service just for pet products?

A:

All products shown on the website are included in our delivery service! If you don’t see what you are looking for, reach out to us.

Q: I don’t see many Stihl products on the site. Can I purchase those and have that delivered?

A:

Absolutely! We have a separate site for all of our Stihl products that are available online here.
