Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! We accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date. If your product is damaged or not as described on our website, we will gladly exchange it for an alternative or provide a refund. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging.
For all returns inquiries, send an email to email@example.com or come into the store. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise at Kelton’s.
All items purchased on our site shall be picked up at the store within five (5) business days. After 5 days, a company represenative shall call the customer to remind items are waiting to be picked up. After ten (10) business days, purchase will be refunded to the credit card used on the transaction and product will be reshelved.
